Quickstart

By the end of this page your assistant will have read your workspace, written a post in your brand voice and put it in your Review queue for you to approve.

Before you start

• An AdVentur.ai workspace. Create one if you don’t have one yet; onboarding reads your website and sets up your brand.
• At least one connected social account (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky or another) under Settings › Accounts, so drafts have somewhere to go.
• An AI client that supports remote MCP servers, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code.

1. Add the server to your client. Pick yours:

   Claude

   Open Settings › Connectors, choose Add custom connector, name it AdVentur.ai and paste the URL above. Leave the advanced OAuth fields empty. Full guide

   ChatGPT

   Turn on Developer mode under Settings › Apps › Advanced settings, then choose Create, paste the URL above and pick OAuth. Full guide

   Claude Code

   Then run /mcp, pick adventurai and choose Authenticate. Full guide

   Add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json, then select Connect next to it under Cursor Settings › MCP.

2. Sign in and choose permissions. Your client opens AdVentur.ai in the browser. Sign in, pick the workspace, and tick what the assistant may do. Read access is required; drafting, scheduling, publishing, deleting and brand changes are each optional. You can change this later.

3. Ask for your brief. In a new chat, make sure the AdVentur.ai connector is switched on, then try:

   What's on my AdVentur.ai home brief today, and what needs my approval?

   The assistant calls get_home_summary and tells you what’s scheduled, what’s waiting and what’s working.

4. Draft your first post.

   Draft an X post and a LinkedIn post about the most useful thing we shipped this month, in our brand voice, and add them to my Review queue.

   It reads your strategy and accounts, writes both variants and calls create_draft_post. The drafts appear on the Queue page in AdVentur.ai as pending approval.

5. Approve and schedule. Edit the copy in the app or ask the assistant to change it. When you’re happy, approve it in the app, or say:

   Approve both and schedule them for the best time this week.

   With the Approve and schedule posts permission, the assistant calls approve_post_group and AdVentur.ai picks the best slot.

Nothing posts by surprise

Drafts always wait in Review. An assistant can only schedule or publish when you granted that permission, and it is told to confirm the copy and time with you first. See Security and privacy.
