How much of the plan's monthly allowance is left: usage credits (spent by AI drafting, research, X reads and sending video to X or LinkedIn; publishing never needs credits), storage for uploaded media, the largest video that can be uploaded, workspaces and seats. Check it before large uploads or research runs. state is nearly_out from 80% and out at 100%, when AI features stop until periodEnd.

Needs the mcp:read scope: view your workspace. It only reads, so assistants can call it without asking.
