send_reply
posts:publish
Post a reply from the user's account: to a mention on X, or as a comment on a Reddit thread (platform 'reddit'). Only call this after showing the user the post and the exact reply text and they have said to send it; pass that exact text. It posts publicly and can't be undone from here.
It works only for items with canSendFromApp: X only lets apps reply to people who mentioned the account, and Reddit needs a connected Reddit account. Otherwise give the user replyOnXUrl (the X reply box, or the Reddit thread) to post it themselves. Sends one reply per call; never loop over the inbox.
