import_media_from_url
posts:write
Copy an image or video from a public https link (straight to the file, not a web page) into the workspace, ready to post. Images up to 20 MB, video up to 300 MB; for bigger or local files use create_media_upload. Files count toward the workspace's storage; get_usage shows what's left.
Returns asset: pass it as media to create_draft_post or update_post. Video posts go to X, LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, Instagram (as a Reel), TikTok and YouTube (a Short when vertical and up to 3 minutes). MP4 works everywhere; LinkedIn takes MP4 only.
