approve_post_group

posts:schedule

Approve a post group from the Review queue (e.g. one created with create_draft_post). By default it is then scheduled to the best available slot on its connected accounts; pass scheduledForUtc to pick the time, or autoSchedule: false to approve without scheduling.

Only call this after the user has confirmed the copy.

Input

  • groupIdstring (uuid)required
  • approvePostsarray<string (uuid)>
  • autoScheduleboolean

    default true

  • scheduledForUtcstring (date-time)
  • timezonestring

    min length 1 · max length 80

Permission

Needs the posts:schedule scope: approve and schedule posts. It changes your workspace, so clients may ask you to confirm each call.

Example call

Your assistant sends this for you. It is shown so you can see the shape of a call, with placeholder values for the required fields.

Same action over the REST API

The tool runs POST /v1/orgs/{orgId}/marketing/post-groups/{groupId}/approve as the signed-in user, with the same validation, approval rules and limits. See it in the Post groups API reference.
