update_reply_draft
posts:write
Edit the drafted reply to an inbox item (draftText, at most 280 characters as X counts them), or set status 'dismissed' to skip it, 'drafted' to bring it back, or 'sent' once the user has posted it on X themselves. This never posts: a mention is sent with send_reply after the user approves the text. Find ids with list_reply_inbox.
